Minority Report

INDIANAPOLIS | Overturning a common law dating back to the English Magna Carta of 1215, the Indiana Supreme Court ruled Thursday that Hoosiers have no right to resist unlawful police entry into their homes.

Go ahead and try to enter my home illegally I fill your ass full of lead instead of waiting to bring a civil action law suit against the officer. A lot cheaper to shot them, have you seen a rate sheet for lawyers these days?

Professor Ivan Bodensteiner, of Valparaiso University School of Law, said the court's decision is consistent with the idea of preventing violence.

Unlawful entry is unlawful entry, unless you happen to be a Liberal in control of the police. In that case, it's just crime prevention, and for your own good, so shut up.
