Loose nut behind the keyboard

Most people living in a technologically-advanced country can use a computer nowadays. But a lot of them really suck at it.

I have to leave the office when our I.T. guy comes in to do anything to my computer. Otherwise I get to stand there grinding my teeth as he manually navigates to various obscure and deeply-nested network locations -- all of which HAVE SHORTCUTS at the top of their file hierarchies.
