Lap Dunce

A driver pulled over for having illegally tinted car windows also was distracted in ways one police officer had never seen.

The driver, Colondra Hamilton, 36, of Cincinnati had her pants unzipped, a sex toy in her lap, watching a video on a laptop computer. A front-seat passenger had been holding the computer so she could see it
