Kneel!

No more frowny faces:

A 41-year-old Kissimmee man is accused of forcing a 6-year-old boy to kneel on bottle caps as punishment for acting up at school.

During an interview with police, the suspect said he punished the child because he brought home a "sad face" on paperwork from school, a sign he had misbehaved.

Bottlecaps? Bottlecaps?! Kids are so soft these days. Why, we use used to have to kneel on broken glass and tacks! While being whipped with a cat-o-nine-tails -- and that was for a bringing home a "C" grade!

(Okay, I exaggerate. It was only a cat-o-four-tails; we were poor and couldn't afford the fancy nine-tailed whips. But we appreciated what we had, dammit!)
