This should never have even seen the light of day

An Arizona man who has waged a 10-year campaign to stop a flood of illegal immigrants from crossing his property is being sued by 16 Mexican nationals who accuse him of conspiring to violate their civil rights when he stopped them at gunpoint on his ranch on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Roger Barnett, 64, began rounding up illegal immigrants in 1998 and turning them over to the U.S. Border Patrol, he said, after they destroyed his property, killed his calves and broke into his home.

This is ridiculous. This man should be suing the federal government for failure to protect his property. I sit here trying to write a compelling comment to tell you how I stand on this, but I am so mad that something like this is actually going to trial in OUR country. THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY!!!!! They broke so many laws it is not even funny, yet THEIR rights were violated?!?! This man was protecting his property, HIS PROPERTY! I believe that is a right in the constitution. I think that trumps all the gnashing and wailing about "emotional distress" these criminals are screaming about. I can't type anymore I am so angry! GRRRRRRRR!
