Pulling it from thin air

OK, I took a bad play on words, but THIS article discusses how they may pull water and oxygen and fuel from moon rocks, thus getting one step closer to going back and establishing a permanent base on the moon. The possibilities are pretty amazing. If it was in the hands of someone other than NASA it might actually happen before the world ends in 2012.(You know..Mayan calendar and all)
