Use restrictions


Comcast is setting usage limits on the internet. So we are back to that, is it? I posted this because we are suppossed to be one of the most technologically advanced countries, yet we rank 15th in download speed. They hint at charging more for people that go over, which I am fine with, but restricting use? Might as well call yourself AOL,send out free hour usage cd's and get it over with.
