"Surely this is not a work of art but a blasphemy and a disgusting piece of trash that upsets many people. This decision to keep the statue there is totally unacceptable. It is a grave offence to our Catholic population." - Pope Bendict XVI
"Of all the strange 'crimes' that human beings have legislated out of nothing, blasphemy is the most amazing-- with obscenity and indecent exposure fighting it out for second and third place." - Robert Heinlein

Art is fine as long as it does not violate someones rights. The frog on the cross may offend but it does not violate anyone's rights. Therefore it should be left alone.
I point out the above because I have seen articles that showed "Art" can be taken to far. There are no absolutes out there. All rules must be filtered by reason and common sense or they will hurt the people they are suppose to protect. The closest thing I come to having zero tolerance on is zero tolerance rules.
