Posters

The one on the left was printed and released and sold out, now the DNC will be releasing them, the one on the right is from the 1950's from a certain former republic. Similarities? I'll leave it up to you.

Yes, it's a process called P O S T E R I Z A T I O N. Note that instead of a continuous range of tones in the face it has been separated into "bands" of color value. The process of posterization is not an evil thing as might be suggested by this site. It has been a common form of rendering for commercial printing from even before stalin's time (the lower case on his name is on purpose). The difference between them is that the one on the left is not a mass murderer, the one on the right is. If you are putting them side by side just because they know words that have more than four letters in them, then you have left the page empty of others as well.

Paul,
Thank you for the definition, we at this post are always willing to learn something new and now We know what style of "Art" this is. We however invite all to write and comment in an informed and intelligent manner. We, however, do not take kindly to someone coming on and, just because we have a differing point of view, assuming we are bunch of slack jawed yokels, who know nothing of the outside world except what radio talk shows, or tele-evangelists tell us.
If you take the time to read some of our postings, you will see that I, at least am for free speech, and limited government. It is my opinion ,at this time, that the Democratic party and its current presidential candidate, are closet socialists. They may not see themselves that way, but the policies they wish to enact are to closely related to socialists ideals for my taste.
I placed these posters together because, the current poster campaign (and if you read the "creepy" post and sight) is very close to early soviet propoganda posters, and that both of them believe in a very strong centralized government, with all social, economic, and political descisions to be made by that government.
Now you know why I have placed them together and await an intelligent response if you chose to do so. If the purpose of your post was to come on and "show" us how smart you are and that we are dumb, then go screw your self.

I think you misundertand me, sir. I was using the term "intellectual" in the most derisive and facetious manner possible. The men pictured above share a type of elitist conceit that cannot (and will not) be bounded by mere laws. Laws, after all, are only meant to keep us stupid proles in line.

Additionally, both men are collectivists and statists; Obama has made no bones about this side of his beliefs. His own writings make that abundantly clear. He's not a mass murderer, that's true. But I'd as soon not see him get the chance to consort and confer with mass murderers and genocidal maniacs, which he's made very clear he earnestly wishes to do.

So take your quasi-intellectual snarkiness and stick it where the sun don't shine. I'm too old and too tired to put up with your sophistic drivel. Maybe your cronies find the mental velodrome you call a logic process entertaining, but I can assure you I have no time for it and no patience with it.

Buh-bye, now.
