Bennigan's, Steak & Ale Forced to Shut Down

The Parent company, Metromedia restaurant, has filed Chapter 7, and told employees not to come into work anymore. No more "Flair" at your neighborhood Bennigan's

Well that sucks. Haven't eaten at S&A in ages, but Kerri and I really love Bennigans. =(

Only Corrate owned locations are affected. The locations owned by independent Franchisees are not affected aside from possibly losing a supply chain.

Hmm.... I'd almost forgot that S&A even still existed. Apparently thats the way alot of other people thought and thus why they're bankrupt.

Although in fairness, Houston has ALOT of really fine quality steakhouses so the bar is a bit high if you want to compete in this market.
