McDumbass forgets what the voters really wanted.
Senator John McCain told a major Hispanic group here Tuesday that he remained committed to passing the kind of immigration legislation that angered many Republican voters last year, but he underscored that he intended to first secure U.S. borders.From the failed attempt at immigration reform:
Senator David Vitter, Republican of Louisiana, who helped lead opposition to the bill, said: “The proponents did not get even a simple majority. The message is crystal-clear. The American people want us to start with enforcement at the border and at the workplace and don’t want promises. They want action, they want results, they want proof, because they’ve heard all the promises before.Since his age is an issue he could blame it on Alzheimer's.
