The study is being conducted in Argentina. On a sidebar headline next the article, we find this:

"Argentina's military threat raises fears over Falklands"

Global warming research my ass... these are secret weapons. The Argentines are in league with the Bovine Uprising! And now they're going after the Falklands again. Death to Argentina! They've betrayed their own race, the traitorous scum.
