It appears the IFCP has gotten their purpose backwards. This just might raise your blood pressure some. I have not had time to check this against other sources. If this article gives a tainted view of the situation please comment with links to additional or contradictory info.

All 95 employees had been laid off and their health insurance cut off, while top executives enjoyed plush offices and lavish salaries.
There's a solution for this: throw said fat-cats into the federal pen, and make 'em roomies with Bubba, the 300-pound mass-murdering sadistic butt-fucker from the South Bronx.
They'll stop embezzling funds, I assure you. And televise it, so any execs who are tempted to screw over their employees (which is pretty well all of them) will think twice. To paraphrase Samuel Johnson, "the immediate prospect of being assfucked in a fortnight concentrates the mind wonderfully."
Did some looking, apparently this story is still pretty new, found this though:
Roy Victor, who had served as chief financial officer of the Valhalla, N.Y.-based Institute for Cancer Prevention (IFCP), faces up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000 or twice the gross gain or loss resulting from his offense, according to Michael Garcia, United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
