A polar bear watches a whaling crew photographing the animal near Barrow, Alaska...

[The] whaling crew came upon the polar bear...while going out on the Arctic Ocean to check on conditions for whaling and to hunt ducks.

Little bastards are damnably hard to hit with a harpoon.
