If you've not been afforded the misfortune of familiarity with LULAC, (League of United Latin American Citizens), they are one of the more militant and blatantly racist political special interest groups in the United States. The organization delights in poking its collective nose into anything and everything publicly funded, most often creating utter chaos with their unthinking and unyielding demands that Hispanics be given preference in every piece of legislation and public disbursement.

And this is their executive director.
