Wrong Ambush Site

Three slimeballs attempted to car-jack the wrong person:

An off-duty Richmond police officer shot two men, killing one, as they attempted to hijack her car in a northwest Harris County apartment complex Tuesday, police said.

Good for her. I only regret she wasn't able to kill the other two. But one out of three ain't bad.

The shooting is being investigated by Jersey Village police, Texas Rangers and the Harris County District Attorney's Office.

I have the utmost respect for the Texas Rangers' investigative abilities, and the Harris County District Attorney's office is at least nominally competent. But the Jersey Village police couldn't find their own ass with both hands and a roadmap. Bumbling, arrogant, power-drunk Neanderthals, the lot of 'em.

(I wish to offer my sincere apologies for that last comment. I had no right to slight Neanderthals in such a manner.)

Sorry Jeff I have to disagree with you. The Jersey Village police are a highly effective investigative unit. They always know when I'm going over the speed limit by five miles an hour and with their superhuman vision can also tell when my inspection sticker is overdue. My hat is off to them and their crime fighting abilities. Thank God they keep menaces like me from entering their municipality and make the streets safe for carjackers. To them I give kudos.
