What's a popular Valentine's Day gift in China? Cosmetic surgery:

Some pay for their partners to go under the knife while others surprise their loved ones with new features of their own.

How romantic: "Love ya, dear. Here's two grand; go get that honker fixed."

And surgeons say three couples in the city even asked to have matching features.

Liu Yan, who had a nose job done along with her boyfriend a fortnight ago, said: "I suggested it as a way of celebrating our relationship and bringing us closer together with a special kind of bond."

That's just creepy.
