Producers of a Belgian candid camera-type show ended up in court after one of their stunts terrified three cleaners.

The producers of Kan Dit? were convicted of psychological abuse of the women when they saw a 'dead body' leap out of a coffin.

The three [funeral home] cleaning ladies were asked to remove a key from his coat and their reactions were recorded as the 'corpse' suddenly came to life.

I'm torn on this one. On the one hand, it's a sad example of the increasingly litigious mindset of Western society. On the other hand... Well, I refer you to Robert Heinlein once again:

A "practical joker" deserves applause for his wit according to its quality. Bastinado is about right. For exceptional wit one might grant keelhauling. But staking him out on an anthill should be reserved for the very wittiest.
