Overtaxed

This is one way to make your point to the government:

Nebojsa Miladinovic tried for days to convince tax officials...he had paid his 192,200 dinar ($2,770) bill. They said he had not, sent the bill again and blocked his bank account.

After arguing his case on Thursday, Miladinovic returned, doused tax chief Gojko Stefanovic and the office files with petrol, shot at computers and yelled "I was ripped off".

Mind you, it's not my preferred method, though I think the IRS here in the good ol' US of A could use a few incidents like this every year. Bureaucrats have to be kept on their toes, lest they become (even more) slothful and wasteful. And nothing says "pay attention to what I'm saying, assclown" as effectively as being shot at and dowsed in gasoline.
