Super Stupid Idea

Over the past two weekends, the Louisiana State Fairgrounds in Shreveport have hosted rap concerts dubbed "Super Safe Sunday," intended to "get youths off the streets and curb black on black violence in Shreveport." The result? Three shootings, a stabbing, a hit-and-run, numerous fist-fights, and nine arrests.

What a resounding success.

But rap doesn't encourage violence, you understand.
