Atomic 4K
Test footage from Operation Teapot in 1955, upscaled to 4K resolution with computer image interpolation.
Specifically, this is the footage from the Apple-2 shot, a 29 kiloton detonation for the purpose of evaluating thermal and blast damage effects on various types of structures. Cameras were placed both inside the fully furnished buildings (complete with mannequins) and on poles outside the buildings. The cameras were contained within 24" thick lead-lined steel cases. That didn't prevent the destruction of the camera lens -- necessarily located outside the case -- but it did prevent the film from being destroyed by radiation.
