Just Delete Her

Mom sentenced to life in prison for shooting, killing her 2 young daughters

The girls were five and seven years old.

I fail to see the point in life sentences. If someone commits a crime so heinous that they cannot ever be allowed back into society, (and this certainly qualifies), keeping them alive is a waste of tax money and a failure of will. If the state needs volunteers to remove such people from existence, I'll happily provide my own ammunition. I'd consider it a public service.
