Polls show that the militant gay attitude is backfiring.

Maybe young people don’t have any moral concerns toward queerness and are generally accepting of everyone, but they don’t like having to sit through biannual seminars wherein Ted Talk grifters scream at them for not appearing sufficiently mournful and taciturn. Maybe they’ve seen the dangers of attempting to engage in any sort of honest discussion about issues of identity and they’ve decided, quite rationally, that they’d rather not kick that particular hornet’s nest.

You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. You'd think people who claim compassion as their personal fortress would understand that. Perhaps they aren't as kind and caring as they believe themselves to be.
