Why I can't have nice things...

Nice weather on Monday so I rode the bike to work. Walked out in the evening to ride home and find this:

Some cocksucker clipped the clutch lever, I assume with a car door, and broke it in half. Naturally they didn't bother to come in and tell me about it. No, they ran away and hid like a coward. It's not like I would have killed them over it. Much.

Anywho, good thing I had worn thick gloves that day and have been improving my hand strength, as shifting with the jagged end of half a lever was a shit-coated bitch. Stopped by Honda of Houston and ordered the $42 replacement part. So that's what I'll be doing this weekend.

sucks, but not surprising. Had a temp worker back into my ride once and completely knock it over. No surveillance footage and one witness who just saw a blond in a toyota. obviously she denied it was her. she left the following day. Luckily no major damage.
