Might & Magic Heroes Online

The free-to-play, MMO-ish offshoot of the long-running Heroes of Might & Magic franchise, MMHO offers a pretty faithful take on the iconic gameplay of the series: simple but deep turn-based strategy. It runs entirely within your browser, but does require a Uplay account.

You only get one character for free, so choose carefully. Naturally I gravitated to the necromancer with the inevitability of a fat chick returning to a buffet...
