According to the study, Presidential speeches have been getting "dumber" as time has gone by. The authors try to say it is because the modern Prez. has to speak to a wider audience and so they use a plainer language than back in the colonial days. But, but...how can that be? Aren't we all now forced to go to Public indoctri...I meen skool? Nice try guys, but When our public schools became a political hotbed instead of a learning institution, we stopped teaching and started "educating" our children in right-think, and safe-speech.
