Deptartment of Arrogant and Stupid

The Defenders of the Reich, a.k.a. The Department of Homeland Security, once again demonstrates the proper technique for looking like utter morons. Power-hungry, arrogant, psychologically unstable morons. Where are they hiring from, the TSA rejects line? I realize there's not exactly an overflowing pool of high-I.Q. candidates to draw upon for law enforcement hiring, but surely they can do better than this, yes?
