Same Old

Ever feel that every movie out of Hollywood is the same rehashed plot wearing a different dress, as if the screenwriters all have some universal checklist by which they write screenplays? Turns out there's a good reason you feel that way: they have a universal checklist.

I'm sure some clever fellow is right now working on a primitive A.I., programed with the algorithm from this Paint-By-The-Numbers-Script-Writing book. Pretty soon they can replace screenwriters entirely with an App.
