When I see plates that you can tell no one reviewed, it reminds me of here in NC a few years back when texting was just really taking off, DMV changed the plated here to red lettering and were usung "W"'s as the first letter. you know...WJD, WTH, and the ever popular WTF. They lasted about a year, then the zombies working in DMV woke up and stopped issuing the WTF, and the WTH plates. I have also seen "P3N1S, and V@G1NA on plates so I know they don't look. Hell even the license filter isn't picking it up. The one they have here does not recognize symbols.
