Bye-Bye Brotherhood

A military coup in Egypt has tossed out the Muslim Brotherhood that seized power after Mubarak was ousted. We'll see where it goes from here. They're making all the proper noises about "democracy" and "inclusiveness," but the track record for open and fair governments in the Arab world is dismal, to put it mildly.

Whatever else happens, you can be sure Dumbo will soon be going on television to claim credit, even though he had absolutely zip to do with it. That seems to be one of the few things at which he excels, along with reading teleprompter dialogue and destroying economies.
