Eyeball

The Bounce Imaging Explorer is a very clever audio-visual probe. You just toss it into a room and the six cameras work with an onboard microprocessor to create a complete panoramic image of the space, then transmit the image back to a receiver via wifi. It's cheap and therefore disposable. The applications are myriad: search and rescue, urban combat recon, even architectural surveying.
