Old is New

Tape drives are the future of mass storage. Really.

According the article, these fancy-schmancy new tapes will store "huge tranches" of information. Yeah, I had to look that one up, as well. I have now added it to my official List of Annoyingly Obscure and Patronizing Words of French Origin. Expect to see it used here in the future.
