One must keep in mind that water in Louisiana might be 70 degrees when wading through it after a hurricane, but in New York, it's probably 50 degrees or less. Admittedly, hypothermia followed by drowning might rid us of a few Occupy Wall Streeters, but maybe one person on that boat might be a Conservative voter (but not likely).
Worse than the temperature, the flood waters in New York are filled with.. well, New York. I wouldn't want to wade through that without a Hazmat suit either.. flood waters or not.
