Thursday Tune - Abney Park


It took me a bit to decide which would be a good intro piece by this band.  I've been seeing these guys every year since their first appearance at DragonCon few years ago.  Their band concept is Steampunk airship pirates.  They blend sorta techno electronic with mandolins, concertinas, violins, guitars and percussion.  This album was specifically a collection of what they titled Aether Shanties.
