GAO issues a study on the DOD's study on studies
The GAO worked on their "study" on the DOD's study of studies, and what did they find out you ask?
So they have been doing it for years and can't tell how much it costs or pretty much anything from all these studies. Well, what about the GAO itself?
These are the same people that are going to cut health care cost, reduce energy usage, and generally save the planet from evil capitalist through taxes and regulation. The Republic was fun while it lasted.
The Pentagon was inundated with so many studies in 2010 that it commissioned a study to determined how much it cost to produce all those studies.
Now the Government Accountability Office has reviewed the Pentagon’s study and concluded in a report this week that it’s a flop.

The Department of Defense’s “approach is not fully consistent with relevant cost estimating best practices and cost accounting standards,” the GAO concluded.
So they have been doing it for years and can't tell how much it costs or pretty much anything from all these studies. Well, what about the GAO itself?
The cost of the study of the study of the studies was not available from the GAO.
