Fail Healer

Going backwards:

One man died and sixteen others were rushed to hospital after they collapsed at a faith healing event run by a controversial Nigerian televangelist.


I'm guessing he had exhausted the possibilities of the email scam gig. Selling Jesus on the tee-vee is a tried-and-true scam, after all; guaranteed, steady income. Well, until you start killing off the suckers parishioners, anyway.
