They don't have to take welfare, so since it is a choice then I don't see how it can violate anything. Of course this goes back to the whole "right think" brainwashing the progressives want. Not going far enough for me. We should also stick Norplants in them if they receive more than one month of welfare payments per year.
And fuck the ACLU. They've moved so far away from their charter, they aren't even worth laughing at any more.
