Zak Anthony King, 18, of Palm Bay was arrested along Hollywood Boulevard near Eber Road early Monday as he was jogging wearing nothing but swimming goggles.

King was described by police as incoherent and was chased down by West Melbourne Police Officer Ken Sells. Sells repeatedly ordered King to stop or be Tased, reports show.

“Why would you Tase me?” King asked as he continued to run from the officer.

Sells then used his Taser to subdue King, who fell forward to the sidewalk and slid, causing multiple bruises and abrasions.

King told officers that he also had unidentified “super powers”...
