I understand that in design engineering -- and most especially in the field of spacecraft design -- form follows function. But... just look at that thing. It looks like a rusted out Pacer. Couldn't they at least try? Are those cinder blocks and jack stands supporting it? That would be appropriate.

The Klingons have battlecruisers. The Romulans have giant birds of prey. The Empire has a Death Star. We have a cactus planter. How embarrassing.
