EPA - "What global warming?"

EPA has changed the way it estimates MPG.

Starting in model year 2008, estimates reflect the effects of:
-Faster Speeds & Acceleration
-Air Conditioner Use
-Colder Outside Temperatures

The bottom line is that you get fewer miles per gallon due to colder temperatures and we need to raise your miles per gallon to stop global warming. It's a vicious cycle.
