Body Checked

Mo' Money:

A 20-year-old Yonkers woman became enraged because a mailman would not open another person's mailbox to see if a check she was expecting was there. So, she punched and scratched him and stole his Bluetooth headset, police said.

That should have given you a pretty clear indication precisely what kind of check she was waiting for -- but let's be explicit, shall we?

Police said the 50-year-old mailman arrived at 75 Bruce Ave. at 11:40 a.m. yesterday. Santos told him her benefit check was in another person's mailbox...

What a surprise.

When I was a police officer we had to ask where someone was employed, my favorite answer, and I quote "I gets a check"
This answer was given many times in my 8 years.
