Herp Grease

Dammit, Jim! Why didn't I think of this?

While supplies last, you can get an authentic piece of Star Trek history, Dilithium Crystals that were actually featured on Star Trek.

THIS WEEK ONLY $19.95! DUE TO SUPPLY AND DEMAND, THIS IS THE LAST WEEK THAT WE WILL BE SELLING THIS AT THIS PRICE. THIS IS ALSO THE LAST WEEK OF FREE SHIPPING (OVER $5.00 SAVINGS PER BOTTLE)

Shove some chunks of quartz in a test tube and voila!: "Gen-U-ine 100% Real Authentic Dilithium Crystals fondled by Scotty Himself!!!1"

A great many Trekkies possessing the mental wattage of a tribble, the scamming bastard will probably be lounging on a private beach in six weeks, ordering around personal servant girls while sipping little umbrella drinks...

/sigh

Gotta get me a scam.

If you looked closely, you can see that they are being sold by Chris Doohan, James' son. Apparently his Band "the mudflaps" just aren't making it big time and his acting career in the new movie as "Starfleet officer" didn't pay enough so he has to sell his father's legacy. If you read his BIO you will see that he isn't even a childhood actor has been. He is a never was.

It seems like there is some jealousy here. Almost all of the Actors from Star Trek are capitalizing on the franchise, so why not Chris.

What's wrong with making a buck or two? Also, these Dilithium crystals were originally purchased at a Paramount auction (not cheap),so the profit margin can't be all that big. I think it's pretty cool that this is being offered. It's better than the stuff Roddenberry's kid is selling.

Oh, it's also at www.thetransporterroom.com
