Hey MPAA & RIAA...

... pay close attention?

Back in November I posted this article about the Monty Python's crews reaction to people putting their pirate clips of MP skits on YouTube.  In short, they started putting their own much better quality clips on YouTube for free...with links on where you could buy the DVD.

I think this quote says it about just every business:
All of this points to a simple, yet seemingly elusive, fact: Treating your consumers like criminals may not be the best way to convince them to buy your shit.
How many times have you gone to return something or called customer service and they treat you like you are something they stepped in instead of the person keeping them employed.
