UAW to Taxpayers, Merry *^&% Christmas to You!
We taxpayers are tired of this Bailout mania! Or I should state I am sick and tired of companies with poor business models, greedy CEO’s and manager’s asking for bailouts in the name of “We must survive to save the economy.”
So in the interest of the economy the UAW has stated they will not agree to the concessions as defined in the terms of the auto bailout.
UAW will continue to bankrupt the auto industry because we all know that a compensatory package of over $72.00 an hour is just not enough for the blue collar working class. Plus maintaining the golf course is expensive.

Gettelfinger said that what is being asked of the autoworkers -- who agreed to concessions in 2003, 2005 and 2007 -- is "unrealistic." He has said he wants to work with President-elect Barack Obama to remove the wage provision.
