GoogleSim

Once you've updated to version 4 of Google Earth, press Ctrl+Alt+A, (or Ctrl+Option+A if your computer has a fruit on it), and... you're in a flight simulator.

You can take off from several dozen preselected locations, or just start in the air anywhere in the world. The available planes are an F-16 and a Cirrus SR22. The physics modeling is respectable, if not terribly accurate: I was able to perform some high-G aerobatics in the SR22 that would have ripped the wings off the real thing. Still, it's quite well done, especially considering the price.

Control list is here. If you don't have a joystick, (and who has one at work?), you'll probably find the mouse controls to be smoother and more intuitive than the keyboard; just left-click to activate or deactivate the mouse yoke.
