The scientific applications could be huge. Remote planetary surveyors that could move effortlessly. Robotics, the applications could be endless.
I was thinking Giant Killer Robots(tm), crushing all that stands before them in their rampage of destruction...but that's just me.
I just think it's incredibly cool.
