Baptist Climate Change

Cooling down:

Southern Baptists approved a resolution on global warming Wednesday that questions the prevailing scientific belief that humans are largely to blame for the phenomenon and also warns that increased regulation of greenhouse gases will hurt the poor.

It's pretty rare that my views coincide with a religious organization, even peripherally, but this stance makes sense: you can't scam a scammer. Priests and preachers get prickly when people start elbowing into their game.
