RIAA vs. NPR
The latest foible of the RIAA -- their intent to increase radio broadcast royalties by a factor of 20 -- has accidentally stepped on a bigger toe than internet radio: National Public Radio.
Get 'em, NPR.
This may be the only good thing to come out of NPR since they became a full-time mouthpiece for the American hard leftists about five years ago. They've always leaned a little in that direction, but their recent broadcasts have been unabashedly leftist and often downright socialistic.
As the submitter put it: "This should be interesting -- to say the least."
