No Water in the Sahara

Not even a drop:

Three men from Canada, Taiwan and the United States have run 7,500 km (4,700 miles) across the Sahara Desert to draw attention to the lack of access to water in many countries they crossed, one runner said on Wednesday.

Yes, you heard correctly: there's no water in the Sahara. Somebody call Ripley's.

He really did have a way with words. And I don't say that jokingly. Mr. Kinison stated things the way they needed to be stated on many occasions. Would be grand to hear his views now. I would probably share many of the same views but just can't say it as well.
