Minority Report

A more-equal-than-others animal in Britain wants to collect DNA from babies and build a crime database from it.

Why don't we just assign everyone a mandatory jail term when they reach the age of majority, since they're obviously going to commit some crime at some indeterminate point in the future. It's people like this guy who paved the way for successors like Goebbels and Himmler.

Civilized society is a balancing act between order and chaos. Too many criminals results in anarchy. On the other handcuff, too many laws and police means you have no freedom. It looks like Britain is trying for too many of everything.
